APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our Standard Shipping/USPS option. Additional shipping fees apply for all framed and oversize items and will be indicated on the item page.



    Please Note: Allow additional 5-10 business days for processing on any custom framed item. Expedited shipping options are not available for framed items. Framed items will ship with a flat fee and may not be able to be delivered to all destination locations.

    Multiple Items Ordered through GolfShopPlus.com

    If multiple items are ordered at the same time, you may receive multiple packages for your shipment but you will always pay only one shipping charge.

    Signature Requirements/Bill to Address Shipping

    All orders over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package. If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, the actual UPS shipping charge will be assumed by the customer for reshipping. Change of signature requirement by the customer relieves GolfShopPlus.com and its subsidiaries of any loss or damage to product. All orders are shipped to the billing address as a fraud prevention measure. If you need your item(s) shipped to an address other than the billing address, please call customer service at (888) 713-9384. GolfShopPlus.com takes no responsibility for loss or damage of product that is shipped to a different address other than the billing address.

    Shipment Tracking

    Customers will receive an email with their tracking number or can request their tracking number from GolfShopPlus.com by calling (888) 713-9384. Please check alternate email folders (junk/spam), add sales@golfshopplus.com to your email contacts and double-check your email address before placing an order to ensure deliverability.

    Returns
    At GolfShopPlus.com, our top priority is providing the best customer service possible. IF YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM FROM AUGUSTA NATIONAL DURING THE MASTERS, YOU MUST REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. THEIR NUMBER IS 706.667.6000 AND ASK FOR THE GOLF SHOP.

    Returns- You may return any non-special order items, as long as they are undamaged and in sellable condition with the tags on, within fourteen (14) days for a refund of the purchase price. There are no returns or exchanges on special order items or BUCKET HATS. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your return credit. If you still have your packing slip or email confirmation from your order, please include this along with a note stating the reason for your return. GolfShopPlus.com reserves the right to refuse a return at their discretion.

    Exchanges- You may exchange an item from your order with the original packaging and tags for the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Please include a note stating the reason for the exchange and what items you would like to purchase with the store credit. Please include a check or money order in the amount of $9.95 (domestic orders only) inside the return package for postage of the exchanged item. The check can be made out to Golf Shop Plus or contact us to make other payment arrangements. For exchanges outside of the U.S., please contact Golf Shop Plus directly.

    Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable to our warehouse.

    In the event that a return is the result of an error by GolfShopPlus.com, the customer will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. In this event, a pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you for return of the item(s).

    For all damaged shipments, it is the responsibly of the buyer to contact GolfShopPlus.com within 5 business days of receipt of product to file claim. Any damaged product will no longer be the responsibility of GolfShopPlus.com if notified after the 5 day period. PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH OR KEEP SHIPPING BOXES IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT.
